Invoice Terms and Conditions


1. Payment Methods

Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. The client is responsible for any transaction fees. 

2. Invoice Payment Deadline

All invoices issued by People Mosaic Pty Limited must be paid in full within fifteen (15) days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

3. Late Payments

If payment is not received within the specified period, People Mosaic Pty Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services until outstanding payments are settled. 

4. Disputed Invoices

If there is a dispute regarding an invoice, the client must notify People Mosaic Pty Limited in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the invoice. 

5. Collections and Legal Action 

In the event of non-payment beyond 15 days, People Mosaic Pty Limited may engage a collections agency or take legal action to recover outstanding amounts. The client agrees to cover any associated legal and collection costs.
