Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Jaylene Trovato, an Employment Lawyer specialising in HR consulting and compliance management across a range of industries.
I began my career as a Trainer and Assessor, delivering training in business studies, legal studies and communication. I then moved into compliance management and auditing, spending over a decade developing frameworks for highly regulated industries.
After working in legal practice - where I deepened my knowledge of contract, corporate, and employment law - I discovered a strong interest in helping businesses minimise risk, stay compliant and prevent HR issues from escalating into legal disputes. This led to the creation of People Mosaic.
Today, I work with businesses to navigate employment issues, align people and processes, and keep safety at the centre of day-to-day operations.
